Santa is coming to town! Christmas Wonderland needed to make an impact with its annual Christmas themed event held at Sydney Showground in order to drive ticket sales throughout the event.
Papaya developed a comprehensive media campaign to generate buzz and excitement around Christmas Wonderland. This included tailored pitching to secure valuable live TV crosses, coverage in over 50 local papers, statewide coverage in the Daily Telegraph and more broad media outreach.
Papaya developed a detailed social media framework and style guide to establish a structured strategy around Christmas Wonderland’s Facebook page. The team also assisted with social media training in order to optimise local exposure on Facebook and Instagram in the lead up to the festival.
Papaya’s talented in-house graphic design team developed a billboard series printed across Sydney in high traffic areas.
As part of our PR pitching process we required key images that showcased the event to make it appetising to media and publications. Our in-house photographer took key images that really sold the client to media and as a result received strong media attention.
