AUSTRALIAN HOTELS ASSOCIATION
The members of NSW AHA were called to come together and sign a new deal to drive down electricity prices which would be beneficial for all hotel owners and lower their ever-growing costs.
Through a series of interviews from Simply Energy, Engie, AHA and publicans calling out the ‘no brainer’ benefits we explained this quite complicated topic with info-graphics to support.
Papaya developed the story, produced detailed storyboards and interview scripts while managing the film production. Our in-house video editor and designer also managed the postproduction with edit, animated infographics and titles.

How we got there
Video Pre-Production
Papaya met with the AHA and established the personal pain points of growing costs to hotel businesses which would resonate with other fellow hotel owners. This formed the basis of our storyboard and scriptwriting which would bring together the hotel owners of NSW.
Video Production
With the experience of our in-house team we managed the video production and led the interviews on shoot day. We managed to schedule the interviews and B-roll within 1.5 days to ensure we were within budget and on time.
Video Post-Production
With so much interview footage and information of the very complex electricity plan our aim was to simplify and support the interviews with infographics. Our in-house editor and designer worked together in creating simple infographic animations and title slides to bring the story together.
