With one of the hottest summers just around the corner, we thought we’d start looking at Instagram’s top food trends while we hit Zadi and get bikini body ready. You will be delighted that most of these food trends are HEALTHY! #gasp So, slap on some sunscreen, grab your swimmers and sunnies, and see if you can spot some of our top Instagram trends for this summer.
If there’s a vegan in your friendship group, you’ll know that they choose the group restaurant or pub every time so that there’s something they can eat on the menu. Especially in the summer, a dairy free ice cream/ sorbet can be lighter and airier and satisfy non-vegans too.
Check out the beautiful Australian brand Pana Chocolate that makes dairy free, vegan and refined sugar free chocolates. Delicious on the lips + good for the hips. 😉 With flavours like Salted Caramel, Mint, Chocolate and Boysenberry Cheesecake, it‘ll also bring all the grammers to your yard #gramgoals .
Another great example is Anita’s Gelato that has close to 17 vegan and sugar free options including a dark chocolate and coconut gelato #delish.

Hailed as the new baking ingredient to watch out for, it is versatile AF. The antioxidant rich ‘seed’ butter is suitable those allergic to nuts and can be used for both savoury and sweet purposes. An onslaught of desserts made with tahini are available online. See below for some stunning ideas by @brombakery
