Last week, we won ‘Boutique PR Consultancy of the Year’ and received bronze place for the category ‘PR Campaign of the Year Australia/New Zealand’ at the PR Asia Awards.
Led by boss lady Catherine Slogrove, our boutique agency of females punches well above our weight when it comes to skill set, results, relationships and culture. We strive to offer a unique set of services including in-house photography and video, design in addition to PR and social media marketing.
2019 was an amazing year with opportunities to be part of high impact campaigns driving change and educating Australian communities. We took home bronze for ‘PR Campaign of the Year’ with our work on the first ever National Barramundi Day #askforaussiebarra campaign.
The multi-faceted project for the Australian Barramundi Farmers Association (ABFA) aimed to educate consumers and businesses around imported barramundi, calling for all Australians to know where their seafood is from and to #askforaussiebarra.
The multi-faceted campaign travelled across retail and restaurant trade resulting in nation-wide media coverage and a consumer reach in excess of 500,000.

We also carried out a PR and social media campaign for the launch of social enterprise restaurant and bar Colombo Social dedicated to providing employment for asylum seekers and other vulnerable communities. The PR component saw over 30 pieces of coverage with segments on radio station 2GB and on SBS television program ‘Small Business Secrets’.

In addition to our successful projects, our team stood out on many fronts including innovative client training programs, teaching clients how to execute their own social media strategies plus lunch-time gym memberships for us to get our sweat-on and bond together as a team.
Over the last few months during the pandemic we have used our skill set to help other small businesses turn ideas into reality, supporting industry initiatives ‘Saving Plates’ and ‘Help Out Hospo’ who are raising money for hospitality workers who have lost their jobs amid COVID-19.
